Registration

Selling
Within three days we make an appointment with you to verify all details and advise to determine the asking price. If everything is OK, you can start selling your home.
Completion
If you found the buyer, we ensure that the purchase contract is drawn up for you and the buyer. We send this information to the notary so that they can make the Title Deed.
You do your own viewings and negotiations.
As the date of completion with the notary approaches, you make an appointment with the buyer for inspection of the property and to read the meters and then you only have to sign with the notary.
